After years of experience in professional kitchens, I started to offer a private catering in Berlin.

My career started at a very traditional kaiseki restaurant 'Gion Matayoshi' in Kyoto, and continued to an international regional kitchen 'Mrs. Robinson's' in Berlin.  At S h i z u k u., I made both omakase and a la carte menues as the headchef and have been experimenting to find my own cooking style. 

I forage, I ferment. I love everything about cooking because a good chef can make the best out of the ingredients and this is the way to respect the nature. I do enjoy to cook professionally but at the same time I have a great respect for home cooking, and I'm trying to mix the both. 

I have various catering style according to your needs. I am very open for any occasion - I cook for a family gathering to a big wedding buffet, or a private dinner with a concept at museums.


About the price, I don't charge per person, but I'm counting  my working hours plus ingredients to make the work fair.
